We are BillionToOne, a rapidly expanding molecular diagnostics company dedicated to transforming prenatal and oncology care. Ranked in the top 5% of Y Combinator companies and backed by over $300 million in funding, we have pioneered a unique DNA molecular counter that increases diagnostic resolution by more than 1,000 times. Our flagship product, UNITY, is the only non-invasive prenatal test capable of screening for severe recessive gene disorders and chromosomal abnormalities from a single maternal blood sample. Furthermore, our recent liquid biopsy advancements, Northstar Select and Northstar Response, are helping clinicians tailor cancer therapies and monitor patient responses with unprecedented precision. We are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing to join our team and help us continue this vital work.

Key outcomes

  • Create and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that supports our long-term goals for customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Use data-driven segmentation to deliver personalized communications that enhance the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, data analytics, and sales, to ensure a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
  • Oversee the deployment of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to streamline our operations.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, such as customer lifetime value and retention rates, to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of our marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 to 8 years of professional experience in CRM or customer retention roles.
  • Proven ability to develop lifecycle marketing strategies, map customer touchpoints, and launch end-to-end campaigns.
  • Experience managing omni-channel integrated experiences and leading the deployment of CRM platforms or ESPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset focused on achieving measurable results and a passion for customer-centric marketing.

Preferred qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Compensation

We offer a competitive total compensation package of up to $275,000 per year, which includes a base salary range of $130,000 to $200,000 and generous equity options. Our benefits include:

  • Remote work flexibility, with the option to work from our offices in Menlo Park or Union City, California.
