Role at a glance
We are searching for a Manager, Visual Design to join our Creative Services team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. We need an experienced professional who can balance hands-on design work with the leadership required to guide our in-house design team. You will be a key player in our marketing department, ensuring our visual presence remains as innovative as the products we build.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor our in-house visual design team, providing the creative direction and coaching necessary for their professional growth.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors to execute high-quality design projects for trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns while maintaining strict brand consistency.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process, including delegating tasks through Jira, setting project timelines, and overseeing print vendor relationships.
What you'll need
You should be an inspiring communicator with a deep passion for branding and consumer behavior. We value leaders who can manage competing priorities without losing sight of the details.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Between 5 and 8 years of professional graphic design experience, including at least 3 to 4 years in a management role.
- Expert-level proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with strong skills in PowerPoint.
- A portfolio that showcases your design expertise and ability to solve complex visual problems.
- Fluency in English.
