We are currently looking for a Senior Manager of Video Production to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will report to our Media Director and lead our video production efforts, shaping the strategic direction of our content from initial concept through final delivery. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive video strategy that supports our brand and business objectives across the entire customer journey.
- Lead, mentor, and foster a collaborative environment for our team of video editors to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, including project management, budget oversight, and the creation of engaging content for our various platforms and channels.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in video and written content creation, including filming, editing, and scriptwriting.
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing video editors and production teams.
- Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to operate and configure professional audio, lighting, and video equipment.
- A strong background in motion graphics and a deep understanding of both pre-production and post-production workflows.
- A bachelor’s degree in film, broadcasting, or a related field is preferred.
- The physical ability to lift between 5 and 50 pounds, as this role involves on-site production work.
