What you bring
We are looking for a Manager of UX Writing to join our team on a full-time basis in a hybrid capacity based in India. You will play a pivotal role in our design and product organization, focusing on content strategy and collaboration to elevate our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of talented UX writers to foster professional growth and high-quality output.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive UX writing strategy that aligns with our core design principles.
- Partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers to create user-centered content across the entire product lifecycle.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in UX writing, ideally within a SaaS environment. We are looking for someone who has spent at least 2 years in a management role, successfully developing and guiding a team. You should possess a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and have a proven portfolio that demonstrates your ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
