We are looking for a Manager, Supplier Relations to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. PrimeRx, a solution developed by Micro Merchant Systems, is a leading pharmacy management software provider that helps thousands of pharmacies nationwide automate workflows and improve patient care. In this senior role, you will act as the primary liaison for our pharmaceutical wholesalers and vendors, ensuring our marketplace remains a robust resource for pharmacies and medical offices. You will report to the VP of PrimeRx MARKET and should be prepared for 50% travel to attend industry events and meet with our partners.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for our marketplace suppliers, building proactive and collaborative partnerships that drive long-term success.
- Oversee the resolution of supplier performance issues, such as order delays or escalations from our customer service teams.
- Develop and implement performance scorecards to track key metrics, conduct quarterly business reviews, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical account management, procurement, or vendor partnerships, including a strong background in sales and business development.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and analyze supplier data.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
- A license as a Pharmacist with experience in marketplace operations or vendor management is considered a plus.
- The ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
