Key outcomes
- Provide daily guidance and support to your team members to ensure they meet their individual and collective goals.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to develop strategic plans for success and address any challenges.
- Maintain team accountability regarding quotas and the consistent demonstration of our core company values.
- Lead the training of new team members on our platforms and internal tools.
- Report team performance metrics to the Director weekly, including actionable plans for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure cross-departmental alignment and optimize lead routing.
- Manage our sales development tech stack and evaluate new applications to improve efficiency.
- Develop outbound content, talk tracks, and sequences to support the team's daily operations.
- Partner with executive leadership to help shape and define company strategy.
Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a management role.
- Demonstrate a proven history of success as an SDR, including a record of hitting targets and supporting peers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of SDR tools and platforms, serving as a subject matter expert for your team.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals and address the team as a whole.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities, allowing you to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Showcase natural leadership qualities, including the ability to teach and coach others effectively.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and thoughtfulness.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity at our office in Austin, Texas, several days per week.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $120,000, plus commission. The final offer will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, and business needs.
