Manager, Retention Marketing at Fashion Nova

Fashion Nova is a global leader in the fashion and lifestyle industry, known for our trend-to-market approach and massive social media presence. Since our founding in 2006, we have grown from a Los Angeles retail store into a multi-billion dollar e-commerce powerhouse that defines modern social commerce. We are looking for a Manager, Retention Marketing to join our team on-site in the United States to lead our email marketing strategy and deepen our connection with our millions of customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including strategy, setup, daily monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys, from initial onboarding to long-term retention, to minimize customer churn.
• Run rigorous A/B tests on subject lines, creative assets, copy, and send times to drive continuous improvement.
• Create personalized customer segments to deliver highly relevant content throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with our marketing, content, and creative teams to overhaul existing flows and ensure all assets are scheduled for deployment.
• Maintain high standards for email deliverability and data integrity across all platforms.
• Perform detailed quality assurance on all outgoing communications, including links and segmentation logic.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Must-haves

• At least four years of professional experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo or similar enterprise email platforms.
• Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and their application in strategic planning.
• Working knowledge of compliance standards, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work on-site during core business hours, Monday through Friday.
