The role
We are seeking a Manager, Product Marketing Core & Platform to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a management-level position that serves as a vital bridge between our product development and market execution. You will be responsible for shaping the narrative of our core SMS offerings while working across various departments to drive product adoption and growth.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the creation of compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning for our Core SMS Product and Platform, ensuring a unified narrative across all product lines.
- Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new feature rollouts and market expansions in partnership with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Drive competitive intelligence initiatives to keep our sales and marketing teams ahead of industry trends and equipped with the insights needed to win in the market.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of product marketing experience within a SaaS environment, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or management capacity.
- A strong background in ecommerce or marketing technology, with a proven ability to create enablement materials that empower sales and customer success teams.
- Expertise in project management, specifically regarding the coordination of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience navigating products that involve data integrations and compliance requirements is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset for working with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a base salary range of USD $146,000 to $163,000, regardless of your location. In addition to competitive pay, we provide the following benefits:
