Manager - Product Design at CleverTap

What is this role?

We are looking for a Manager of Product Design to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a management-level position where you will take ownership of one of our core product lanes. You will work closely with our product managers and engineers in a cross-functional environment to build intuitive, user-centric designs that help our customers derive real value from our SaaS platform.

What will you do?

• Lead the user experience direction for our engagement feature set, managing the process from initial concept to final delivery to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define design requirements and create solutions that balance user needs with our broader business goals.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma to clearly communicate your design vision to stakeholders and developers.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in design and a passion for creating impactful user experiences. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or Computer Science.
• At least 6 years of experience in product design, specifically within B2B SaaS environments.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, UX research, and usability best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to handle end-to-end design projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.

While not required, experience with design systems or basic frontend styling knowledge in CSS and SCSS is considered a plus.
