About the Role
We are searching for a talented Manager of Organic Social Media to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will lead the strategy for our organic social presence, working within our world-class brand marketing team to build long-term brand equity. You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across various platforms, using a mix of creative vision and strategic project planning to drive engagement, acquisition, and community growth in our fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy that aligns with our broader business objectives.
- Manage our content calendar and posting schedules across major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, while staying ahead of platform-specific trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to track member sentiment and social KPIs, providing actionable insights that inform our creative and campaign strategies.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should bring a blend of creative thinking and analytical rigor. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Proven experience managing organic social media platforms specifically within a growing eCommerce business.
- A deep understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools, and how to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while working cross-functionally across an organization.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and stay current with industry best practices.

This position is available in the United States and follows a hybrid work model.
