The role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Client Engagement to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis within the United States. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Client Engagement. You will be responsible for driving our client feedback programs and supporting our Client Service Teams to deepen relationships with our partners. This is a strategic position that requires a high level of collaboration across our marketing, business development, and innovation departments.
Core responsibilities
- Lead our Client Feedback Program by tracking participation trends, analyzing key themes, and partnering with the business development team to ensure effective follow-up.
- Support dedicated Client Service Teams by facilitating strategic planning, managing team meetings, and utilizing our CRM platform to provide actionable relationship insights.
- Develop and deliver training curricula and resources, including content for our Client Service Excellence Academy and internal newsletters, to keep our teams informed and engaged.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in business development and a deep understanding of the legal industry. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development with a track record of growing revenue and expanding existing client relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM platforms and project management software like Smartsheet.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to communicate complex data effectively to both internal and external audiences.
- A high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of a professional organization.
- Fluency in English is required for this position.
