About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Marketing & Advertising Technology to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to our Technology practice, helping clients make critical strategic decisions and implementing solutions that drive business growth. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, organizing strategies around customer outcomes, and staying at the forefront of emerging marketing technology to support the next generation of marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary subject matter expert by conducting technology assessments, designing solutions, and managing project execution to meet organizational business needs.
- Lead the collection and documentation of functional and business requirements to ensure all project deliverables align with the defined scope.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and consistently exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
- A four-year college degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT Systems Management, or Data and Analytics.
- At least 6 years of experience planning and managing technology implementations within consultancies, technology providers, or client-side roles.
- Direct experience integrating marketing technologies, including but not limited to CRM, CDP, ESP, DAM, DMP, MAP, CMS, DSP, and TMS.
- A proven track record of leading enterprise-level marketing technology integrations and managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience using a consultative approach to solve complex business challenges.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
