Role at a glance

We are looking for a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role based out of our Mountain View office, where we spend Tuesdays and Wednesdays on-site and work remotely for the remainder of the week. You will be responsible for shaping our customer communication strategy and driving engagement through our primary marketing channels.

Your impact

Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with our product, engineering, data, and creative teams to optimize the user journey and ensure our messaging is personalized and relevant.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM tactics, using your insights to iterate on campaigns and present strategic opportunities to leadership.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for data-driven marketing. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the following qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, ideally within a direct-to-consumer eCommerce or subscription-based setting.
Hands-on technical expertise in building and deploying campaigns within Iterable or similar email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with BI tools like Looker.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various internal teams.
Proficiency in SQL and HTML is considered a significant plus.
Fluency in English.
