Role at a glance

We are looking for a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role based out of our Mountain View office, where we spend Tuesdays and Wednesdays on-site and work remotely for the remainder of the week. You will be responsible for shaping our customer communication strategy and driving engagement through our primary marketing channels.

Your impact

• Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with our product, engineering, data, and creative teams to optimize the user journey and ensure our messaging is personalized and relevant.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM tactics, using your insights to iterate on campaigns and present strategic opportunities to leadership.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for data-driven marketing. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, ideally within a direct-to-consumer eCommerce or subscription-based setting.
• Hands-on technical expertise in building and deploying campaigns within Iterable or similar email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with BI tools like Looker.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various internal teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and HTML is considered a significant plus.
• Fluency in English.
