Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our patient enrollment funnel and shaping our growth strategies within a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
Your impact
- You will lead the execution and optimization of end-to-end, omnichannel marketing strategies across email, SMS, direct mail, and paid media to drive patient enrollment and long-term retention.
- You will define and prioritize multivariate A/B tests to refine our marketing journeys, using data to identify opportunities that increase conversion rates and decrease time to conversion.
- You will partner with our Data, Clinical, and Customer Success teams to build performance dashboards, ensuring our campaigns are compliant, effective, and perfectly aligned with our contractual and patient care goals.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who is creative, scrappy, and comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a startup. You should have a strong command of the English language and the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or email marketing, specifically within a B2B2C context at a high-growth startup.
- Deep proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRMs, such as Customer.io or Salesforce.
- Sharp analytical skills and a proven track record of using A/B testing to drive measurable performance improvements.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage external agency relationships effectively.
