At KiwiCo, we spark creativity and curiosity in children by delivering hands-on projects through our subscription service, e-commerce store, and content platform. We are looking for a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join our team in the United States and help us grow customer lifetime value through strategic communication.

Responsibilities

Design and launch lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS to boost acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Collaborate with our product, engineering, data, and creative teams to refine the user experience and coordinate campaign execution.
Map out the user journey to identify opportunities for personalized communication and translate these insights into clear campaign briefs.
Manage the end-to-end process for triggered programs, including building, quality assurance, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
Partner with our analytics team to maintain the CRM database and ensure data integrity.
Develop performance reports for CRM initiatives and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive channel optimization.
Keep pace with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing strategies.

Must-haves

At least 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, ideally within a direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment.
Hands-on technical expertise in building and deploying campaigns within Iterable or similar email marketing platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ESP platform configurations.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools like Looker.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience working in the subscription-based industry.
Technical proficiency in SQL and HTML.
A background or strong interest in education and fostering children's learning experiences.
