Manager, Lifecycle Marketing at KiwiCo

At KiwiCo, we spark creativity and curiosity in children by delivering hands-on projects through our subscription service, e-commerce store, and content platform. We are looking for a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join our team in the United States and help us grow customer lifetime value through strategic communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS to boost acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Collaborate with our product, engineering, data, and creative teams to refine the user experience and coordinate campaign execution.
• Map out the user journey to identify opportunities for personalized communication and translate these insights into clear campaign briefs.
• Manage the end-to-end process for triggered programs, including building, quality assurance, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
• Partner with our analytics team to maintain the CRM database and ensure data integrity.
• Develop performance reports for CRM initiatives and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive channel optimization.
• Keep pace with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing strategies.

Must-haves

• At least 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, ideally within a direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment.
• Hands-on technical expertise in building and deploying campaigns within Iterable or similar email marketing platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ESP platform configurations.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools like Looker.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience working in the subscription-based industry.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and HTML.
• A background or strong interest in education and fostering children's learning experiences.
