We are looking for a dedicated Manager, Influencer Marketing to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. At Hourglass Cosmetics, we are redefining the luxury beauty space through our commitment to high-performance, vegan, and cruelty-free products. Since our founding in 2004, we have earned recognition from publications like Forbes and Time Magazine for our innovative spirit and dedication to animal welfare. As part of the Unilever Prestige division, we operate globally across 32 markets, and we are seeking a strategic thinker to help us expand our influencer programs while maintaining the creative excellence our brand is known for.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer campaign strategies, covering everything from initial creative concepts and talent selection to contract negotiation and final content review.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers across various verticals to support both our paid and earned media efforts.
- Analyze program performance using social listening tools to transform raw data into actionable insights that guide our future strategic decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, with a minimum of 3 years specifically within the beauty industry.
- A deep understanding of the social media landscape, current cultural trends, and best-in-class content storytelling.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to balance multiple priorities, maintain precise databases, and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proven success in community building and a solid grasp of how paid media opportunities function within a broader marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value points to internal and external partners.
What we offer
