What you'll be doing
- You will own our email marketing strategy, from designing and segmenting campaigns to analyzing performance data and optimizing the entire customer journey.
- You will develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies across multiple channels, including our website, social media, paid media, and the CrossFit app, while ensuring all efforts align with our core business objectives.
- You will serve as a lead for website operations and conversion rate optimization, utilizing data-driven insights to update content, build landing pages, and improve the overall digital experience for our community.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for the CrossFit brand. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in email marketing, ideally within the health and fitness industry.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms like Braze, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp, along with a deep understanding of marketing automation and segmentation.
- Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to craft persuasive content that resonates with our audience.
- An analytical mindset that allows you to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable business insights.
- Proven leadership abilities and the self-starter mentality required to thrive in a high-performing, distributed work environment.
- Fluency in English.
