We are currently looking for a Manager, Design to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will lead a team of talented designers to produce high-quality digital and print assets for clients across diverse industries like healthcare, finance, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of digital designers, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure we meet our billing and quality targets.
• Translate complex strategic briefs into compelling visual designs while maintaining consistent brand standards across all client materials.
• Manage project workflows and resources to ensure deadlines are met, while actively participating in client discovery calls to present and defend creative concepts.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in design or visual communication, or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of agency experience producing high-quality design work, plus 1 to 3 years of direct people management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong technical skills in Figma for web design and a demonstrated ability to create animation and motion graphics.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and think critically about the intersection of design, SEO, and content marketing.
