Role at a glance

We are looking for a Manager, Data Science to join our AI team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. We are seeking an experienced leader who can bridge the gap between complex engineering and product innovation.

Your impact

• Lead a talented team of data scientists and software engineers through the end-to-end development and deployment of new generative AI product features.
• Partner closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to define and execute our AI product roadmap.
• Serve as a player-coach who delivers high-impact data products while simultaneously mentoring team members to support their professional growth and technical excellence.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in AI and leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of progressive experience within the Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning space.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing data science or engineering teams, specifically with a focus on deploying production-level data products.
• Deep proficiency in the end-to-end Machine Learning lifecycle, including model services, deployment technologies, and ML-Ops practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively across our organization.

Perks and compensation

We offer a competitive base salary range based on geographic pay zones in the United States:

• Zone 1: $220,000 to $240,000 USD annually.
• Zone 2: $205,000 to $225,000 USD annually.
