At Tomo, we are on a mission to fundamentally shift the power dynamic in the homebuying process. We believe homebuyers deserve an advantage, and we provide the information, guidance, and cost savings necessary to help them succeed in a market that often puts them last. We are growing rapidly and looking for a bold, creative leader to help us build a brand that challenges the status quo and redefines the industry.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Creative & Production to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with our VP and leadership to drive major marketing initiatives and shape our brand identity.
Your impact
- You will lead our content strategy by directing product prioritization and social discovery to ensure our brand is top-of-mind for prospective homebuyers.
- You will act as the creative director for our campaigns, managing timelines and guiding our network of freelancers and contractors to bring our vision to life.
- You will serve as the connective tissue between our web presence, social media, analytics, and paid media to ensure our messaging is cohesive, effective, and aligned with our goals.
What you'll need
We are looking for a creative problem solver who is comfortable taking risks and managing complex projects. You should possess the following:
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, specifically in owning consumer campaigns and managing creative teams with a high degree of independence.
- A strong creative background with the ability to produce content that stands out across social, digital, and offline channels.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to balance multiple priorities while overseeing all moving parts of an integrated campaign.
- Fluency in English and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across product, sales, and agency teams.
- While not required, experience in the mortgage industry is considered a significant plus.
Perks and compensation
The expected annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000 USD. Beyond the compensation, you will enjoy:
- The chance to build a brand from the ground up with the support of a top-tier team and strong financial backing.
- A work environment that values big, audacious ideas and avoids the red tape found in larger, bureaucratic organizations.
- Opportunities for professional growth as we scale our operations and influence in the industry.
