We are Plunic, a company founded in 2017 to transform performance marketing by connecting brands with high-intent consumers at scale. As part of the Z1 Tech family, a Great Place to Work-Certified organization, we reach roughly 300 million unique visitors every month and are currently looking for a Manager of Content Writing to join our team in India on a full-time, on-site basis.
Responsibilities
- Direct the creation and implementation of content strategies across multiple channels while maintaining high standards for tone and quality.
- Produce and refine diverse content formats, such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, social media updates, and email campaigns.
- Work alongside our marketing, design, and product departments to ensure our content supports broader business goals.
- Oversee and mentor a team of writers and editors to foster professional growth and ensure the delivery of excellent work.
- Perform deep research into industry trends and audience behaviors to shape our content direction.
- Apply SEO best practices to all content to maximize visibility and performance.
- Track engagement metrics and analytics to continuously improve our content strategy.
- Oversee the content calendar to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule.
Must-haves
- At least 6 years of professional experience in content creation, supported by a strong portfolio of long-form and short-form work.
- Outstanding writing and communication skills, including a meticulous eye for detail.
- Demonstrated success in leading content teams and managing complex, multi-project workflows.
- Deep knowledge of SEO techniques and content optimization.
- The flexibility to adjust your writing style for different platforms and target audiences.
- A proven track record of collaborating effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management abilities to handle competing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
