Pomelo Care is a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and problem solvers dedicated to improving health outcomes for mothers and babies. We utilize a technology-driven platform to provide personalized virtual care throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the postpartum year, and we are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help us scale our impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement content marketing strategies that build trust with our B2B2C audience while boosting retention and satisfaction.
- Produce a diverse range of content, such as blogs, white papers, case studies, and social media posts, that highlight our clinical impact.
- Analyze performance data and apply SEO optimization techniques to refine our strategy and ensure our content reaches the right people.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all patient-facing and marketing channels.
- Work closely with our clinical, product, and customer success teams to ensure our content aligns with our broader business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including coordination with external contractors like designers and copyeditors.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the health tech or virtual care sectors.
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a talent for making complex medical or technical topics easy to understand.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once.
- Proficiency with content management systems and distribution tools.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytical insights into actionable content plans.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and a results-oriented focus.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience with scientific writing.
- Background knowledge or professional experience in the maternal health space.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000.
