Pomelo Care is a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and problem solvers dedicated to improving health outcomes for mothers and babies. We utilize a technology-driven platform to provide personalized virtual care throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the postpartum year, and we are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help us scale our impact.

Responsibilities

Design and implement content marketing strategies that build trust with our B2B2C audience while boosting retention and satisfaction.
Produce a diverse range of content, such as blogs, white papers, case studies, and social media posts, that highlight our clinical impact.
Analyze performance data and apply SEO optimization techniques to refine our strategy and ensure our content reaches the right people.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all patient-facing and marketing channels.
Work closely with our clinical, product, and customer success teams to ensure our content aligns with our broader business goals.
Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including coordination with external contractors like designers and copyeditors.

Must-haves

At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the health tech or virtual care sectors.
Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a talent for making complex medical or technical topics easy to understand.
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once.
Proficiency with content management systems and distribution tools.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytical insights into actionable content plans.
A creative approach to problem-solving and a results-oriented focus.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience with scientific writing.
Background knowledge or professional experience in the maternal health space.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000.
