About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, Brand Digital Marketing to join our team on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a senior-level position focused on supporting our regional Brand Marketing Director. You will primarily oversee paid media, organic social media, influencer marketing, and digital innovation efforts for our key markets in the UK, Germany, and France. This role is essential for ensuring our campaigns align with strategic goals and deliver strong performance results.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct regional paid media campaigns to support seasonal stories, while collaborating with global teams and agency partners to optimize investments and localize content.
- Manage the end-to-end influencer marketing process, from identifying partners and negotiating contracts to integrating these efforts into our broader 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, oversee the creative approval process for all assets, and ensure effective community management across our social channels.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in marketing, with a deep focus on both paid and organic social strategies.
- Proven ability to manage agency relationships, utilize analytics tools to measure performance, and lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is offered as a hybrid role, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.
