The opportunity

As our new Machine Learning Researcher, you will be a key player in our AI team. You will work alongside engineers, product managers, and supply-chain experts to design and deploy solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights. This is an individual contributor role where you will have the freedom to innovate on state-of-the-art models, directly influencing how the world’s largest electronics manufacturers operate. You will help us evolve our AI engine, which is designed to summarize complex workflows and identify hidden inefficiencies in real time.

A day in the life

• Develop and deploy advanced AI models, including our foundational Large Tabular Model, to solve real-world challenges in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical research into high-quality product features that our customers can use to optimize their daily processes.
• Contribute to the growth of our company culture by participating in hiring decisions and mentoring others as we tackle the next generation of automated insights.

Who you are

You are a senior-level researcher with a passion for solving messy, real-world problems. You communicate clearly, whether you are speaking to a technical peer or a product stakeholder, and you thrive in a collaborative environment. You do not need prior experience in supply chain or manufacturing, as we are happy to teach you that side of the business.

Your background includes:

• A Masters or PhD in Computer Science or a quantitative field, with a 3.5+ GPA.
• At least 3 years of industry or post-academic experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Deep expertise in graphs, network theory, and at least one other area such as natural language processing, reinforcement learning, or LLMs.
• A proven ability to innovate beyond existing machine learning techniques.
• Fluency in English.
