Machine Learning Engineer at Parspec

What you bring

We are looking for a Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our engineering team on a Full Time remote basis. In this role you will design and develop computer-vision, NLP, and recommendation systems, train and deploy deep-learning models, and take features from concept through production while collaborating closely with product and design colleagues. The position is open to candidates located Anywhere.

• Design, train, and deploy deep-learning models for computer vision and natural-language tasks.
• Build complete end-to-end data and ML pipelines that scale to large data volumes.
• Own product features from initial concept to final release, ensuring code quality and engineering excellence.

Requirements

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science or engineering field and bring strong programming, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities. You have a solid grasp of machine-learning and deep-learning concepts, with hands-on experience implementing models in Python using libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras, or PyTorch. You write clean, efficient, and reliable code, stay current with the latest AI tools and frameworks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where rapid iteration is balanced with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent spoken and written English is required. We welcome applicants with at least one year of relevant experience as well as motivated recent graduates who demonstrate quick learning and an entrepreneurial mindset.
