We invite you to join our mission as we redefine how infusion therapy is delivered across the country.
What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as the primary architect for the intelligence layer of our platform, working with both structured and unstructured healthcare data to drive automation and enhance the patient journey. You will be based anywhere, collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models designed to predict care delays and identify critical gaps in patient referrals.
- Architect sophisticated, LLM-powered workflows, including RAG pipelines and advanced NLP chains, to streamline our clinical operations.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines that collect, normalize, and store information from diverse sources like EHR exports, call transcripts, and clinical forms.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings over six years of professional experience in applied AI, data science, or machine learning. You should possess deep technical proficiency in Python and SQL, along with hands-on experience deploying models into production environments. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with unstructured data and has a strong grasp of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. You must be an effective communicator who can bridge the gap between technical complexity and real-world clinical needs. A background in healthcare data, such as HL7 or FHIR standards, and experience working within regulated environments are highly valued.

We believe in supporting our team members so they can perform their best work while maintaining a healthy balance with their personal lives. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to provide security and growth opportunities for you and your family.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.

- Generous paid time off.

- Dedicated support for your professional development.
- A flexible, remote-first work environment.
