With $100 million in funding from top-tier investors like Google Ventures, NVIDIA, and Qualcomm, we are looking for a passionate individual to join our globally distributed team and help us bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world application.
What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Community Operations Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our engineering efforts and the broader AI community, ensuring our platform remains a hub for innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Scouting for trending open-source AI models, importing them into the Clarifai ecosystem, and validating their performance across diverse use cases.
- Designing and building technical demos and Python-based utilities that clearly demonstrate the capabilities of our latest models.
- Partnering with our marketing team to create engaging content and building meaningful relationships with open-source model authors to expand our reach.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep technical background in machine learning and deep learning, backed by strong software engineering fundamentals. You must be highly proficient in Python and have hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jax. We value candidates who stay ahead of the curve by actively following the latest AI trends, benchmarks, and community developments. You should be comfortable working with cloud platforms for model deployment and have a solid grasp of Git and modular code design. Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with our global team and the developer community.
What we offer
We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where every team member can thrive. While we do not have specific salary information to share at this time, we offer a dynamic environment where you will work with some of the brightest minds in the industry. As part of our team, you will enjoy:
- The opportunity to work at the forefront of computer vision and generative AI innovation.
- Collaboration with a globally distributed team across the United States, Canada, Estonia, Argentina, and India.
- Direct influence on the growth and discoverability of our model ecosystem.
