LLM Platform Engineer/Lead at Kayzen

We are looking for a passionate LLM Platform Engineer/Lead to join our engineering team and help us integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into our global infrastructure.

What you bring

In this senior-level, full-time role, you will act as a bridge between complex AI potential and practical developer velocity. You will be responsible for creating the foundational tooling that allows our teams to ship AI-driven features safely and efficiently. You can work remotely from anywhere, with a specific focus on candidates based in EMEA or Bangalore. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and building internal AI frameworks, SDKs, and shared libraries that streamline the integration of AI features.
• Establishing standardized patterns for prompt management, evaluation, and observability to ensure production-grade reliability.
• Evangelizing AI best practices across the company through hands-on guidance, documentation, and the creation of reusable building blocks.

Requirements

We are looking for an engineer who prioritizes production readiness and developer experience over academic model training. You must possess excellent Python skills and a deep understanding of system design and APIs. A successful candidate will have proven experience shipping LLM-powered features to production using RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks. You should be comfortable navigating cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure and have a strong grasp of data pipelines and ETL processes. We value a startup mindset, meaning you are comfortable with ambiguity, have a bias for rapid iteration, and always think in terms of long-term leverage rather than one-off solutions.
