Role at a glance
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join us on a contract basis. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who thrives in a fully remote environment. You will work closely with our marketing leadership to shape how we communicate with our users and drive meaningful platform engagement.
Your impact
- Take ownership of the end-to-end user communication journey by designing and managing logic-based drip campaigns that boost activation and retention.
- Use data-driven insights to conduct A/B testing on campaign elements like timing and messaging, while analyzing key performance indicators to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate across teams, including product, content, and engineering, to integrate new features and diversify our communication channels.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a detail-oriented communicator with a passion for lifecycle marketing. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Proficiency with marketing data activation platforms, specifically Iterable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
