We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Associate to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a mid-level role based in the United States where you will play a key part in shaping our customer journey and driving long-term growth.
Your impact
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends and behaviors that allow us to improve the overall customer lifecycle.
- Develop and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns designed to boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Create sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to ensure our marketing efforts are personalized and highly relevant.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a data-driven marketer with a strong grasp of modern tools and a collaborative spirit. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, ideally within a subscription or direct-to-consumer environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong project management capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
