Figure is transforming the financial services sector by leveraging a powerful, scalable technology platform to increase efficiency and transparency in capital markets. We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our innovative team and help us continue building impactful financial products from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that boost revenue, product engagement, and cross-selling across our DTC, B2B, and B2B2C channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams like Product, Design, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Take ownership of our Email and SMS channels, including strategy, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Design and manage A/B testing frameworks to refine customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain high operational standards by documenting processes and ensuring all content adheres to our brand and compliance guidelines.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable plans for our engineering teams, utilizing your knowledge of HTML and Liquid code.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional experience in email marketing, SMS, or broader marketing automation.
- Expertise in using Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong proficiency in HTML and a solid understanding of database logic and advanced segmentation.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
