Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with our existing user base, ensuring our customers see the full value of our platform.
Your impact
- Design and execute comprehensive strategies that boost customer engagement, foster long-term loyalty, and turn our users into vocal advocates for our brand.
- Produce high-impact content, including case studies, newsletters, and webinars, while managing campaigns that drive retention and identify expansion opportunities.
- Partner closely with our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to communicate new feature releases and ensure our customers have the insights they need to succeed.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer or product marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- A strong background in building content strategies that resonate with customers, from testimonials to technical enablement materials.
- Proven success in managing marketing campaigns that directly impact retention and engagement metrics.
- Deep familiarity with marketing automation platforms, data analytics, and customer journey mapping.
- Exceptional project management abilities and a collaborative spirit that allows you to thrive in cross-functional settings.
- Fluency in English and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
