What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. As a seasoned B2C marketing professional with a background in SaaS, you will lead our efforts to improve customer engagement and retention. You will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, focusing heavily on email marketing and lifecycle communications to ensure our users have an exceptional experience at every stage of their journey with us.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of the customer journey by collaborating with product managers, analysts, creatives, and engineers to evolve our communication touchpoints.
- Design and execute automated email campaigns that encompass onboarding, lead nurturing, customer retention, and win-back strategies.
- Analyze engagement metrics to derive actionable insights, which you will use to optimize communication performance and maintain a consistent brand voice.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing and SaaS. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- Over 8 years of experience in tech or digital marketing, with at least 4 years specifically in email marketing, lifecycle communications, or marketing automation.
- Technical proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Mailchimp or OneSignal.
- A proven track record of leading lifecycle strategy and crafting messaging that resonates with users throughout their lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
- The ability to make confident decisions and solve problems creatively, even when navigating ambiguity.
