Backed by Y Combinator, Tiger Global, Craft Ventures, and others, we’ve grown quickly, earned top marks on G2, and built a reputation for exceptional customer experiences in just five years.
About the Role
We are hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager on a full-time basis. In this role you will lead and scale our email and in-app engagement programs, shaping the tens of millions of messages we send each year so every customer receives timely, relevant experiences from their first interaction through long-term advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle-from pre-trial onboarding through retention and referral-ensuring every stage drives activation, feature adoption, upsells, and net revenue retention.
- Design and execute personalized messaging strategies by analyzing user segments, behaviors, and attributes, then continuously improve performance through A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Design, and Product teams to launch campaigns, communicate new features, maintain data hygiene, and document repeatable lifecycle playbooks.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with at least two years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments. You should bring strong project-management skills, a proven ability to run creative and personalization experiments, and basic HTML/CSS proficiency along with experience using the Liquid templating language. Familiarity with email deliverability best practices is essential, and prior work with customer.io is preferred. We value quick learners who are excited to explore AI tools, comfortable in fast-paced test-and-learn settings, and able to communicate clearly across teams.
Location
This position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere.
