Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Triple Whale

What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a pivotal role where you will own our email and in-product marketing strategy across every stage of the customer journey. You will be responsible for driving measurable outcomes in onboarding, adoption, conversion, and expansion efforts. We are seeking someone with 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS lifecycle, growth, or email roles who is ready to make a significant impact.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of the end-to-end strategy and execution for lifecycle campaigns and automations, while continuously assessing the health and effectiveness of our programs.
• Create compelling copy for all email and in-product communications to foster deeper engagement and drive product consideration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to manage our lifecycle calendar and ensure we are providing an optimal experience for every customer.

• Extensive experience with HubSpot, including the ability to manage automation workflows, email segments, and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of using data-driven insights to inform your strategy and growth experiments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with the ability to work effectively across various go-to-market teams.
• A self-motivated mindset and a passion for building scalable processes within a growing organization.
• Fluency in English.

Knowledge of the DTC or e-commerce space is considered a plus.
