We have spent a decade refining our vision, backed by significant institutional support from partners like PayPal, NEA, and Accel, and we are now preparing for a major token launch and a strategic investment of $50 million. As a fully remote team, we are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help us redefine consumer-brand interactions and drive engagement across our growing platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement lifecycle strategies that boost customer satisfaction, engagement, and overall revenue.
- Manage sophisticated customer segmentation to ensure our messaging reaches the right audience at the right time.
- Oversee email marketing initiatives, including newsletters, promotional blasts, and automated triggered messages.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across SMS and push notifications to keep our users connected.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine our approach and maximize return on investment.
- Work closely with our product, design, and analytics teams to ensure our marketing efforts are cohesive and effective.
- Establish a rigorous testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay ahead of market trends and manage relationships with external vendors to maintain our competitive advantage.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional experience in lifecycle marketing or a closely related discipline.
- A bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on marketing.
- Deep expertise in customer behavior analysis and segmentation strategies.
- Proven experience working with email service providers and SMS platforms like SailThru or Attentive.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of using data to drive decision-making.
- Solid project management skills to keep campaigns on track and on brand.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience executing product content campaigns that educate and engage users.
