What you'll be doing

• You will design and launch comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that increase user engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty across the entire customer journey.
• You will manage multi-channel communication efforts, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, while utilizing Iterable to ensure every touchpoint is effective.
• You will analyze performance metrics and user data to refine your campaigns, optimize our marketing impact, and report on key success indicators.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should be a creative thinker who balances artistic vision with scientific, data-driven decision-making. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of professional experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency with Iterable is a must for this position.
• Strong familiarity with WordPress is strongly preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on metrics, reporting, and actionable insights.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate project ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of military life or prior military experience is considered a significant plus.
