Responsibilities
- Design and execute a full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy that optimizes the customer journey from the first touchpoint through long-term retention.
- Build and manage automated onboarding programs to help new users discover product value quickly and increase adoption rates.
- Use data to segment our audience, creating personalized messaging that resonates with different user groups.
- Monitor campaign performance and user behavior to identify trends, conducting regular A/B tests to refine our outreach.
- Collaborate with our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with new feature launches and overall business objectives.
- Develop initiatives to boost customer loyalty and advocacy while proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks.
Must-haves
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within a SaaS environment.
- A strong background in executing successful programs within a product-led growth model.
- Deep understanding of subscription business metrics and the various stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Expertise in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analysis tools to drive decisions.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working across different departments.

- Practical experience working with our specific tech stack, including Klaviyo, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and SQL.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 USD.
