About the Role
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing touchpoints that guide our customers through their entire journey. You will design multi-channel programs that nurture contacts from their first point of awareness through long-term retention. By leveraging automation, segmentation, and personalization, you will create data-driven campaigns that enhance the customer experience and drive meaningful growth for our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated lifecycle programs that engage leads, manage customer onboarding, and improve retention rates.
- Implement sophisticated segmentation strategies using behavioral triggers and engagement data to deliver highly relevant, personalized messaging.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and business intelligence, to identify opportunities for funnel optimization and seamless customer journeys.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience focused on lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or marketing automation.
- Technical expertise in modern marketing stacks, including platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, and 6sense.
- A strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate performance metrics and A/B testing results into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
Location
This position is based in the United States and follows a hybrid work model.
