Since our founding in 2008, we have helped millions of users at organizations like Google, AT&T, and Target create interactive experiences like word clouds and live polls. We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team and help us nurture our audience through thoughtful, data-driven communication.
What you'll be doing
- You will take full ownership of our end-to-end email marketing strategy, which includes writing compelling copy, managing audience segmentation, building workflows, and reporting on campaign performance.
- You will serve as the primary lead for our HubSpot CRM, ensuring the data is clean and accurate while managing complex integrations with Salesforce and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- You will collaborate across our marketing, sales, product, and customer teams to design a cohesive email ecosystem that guides users through every stage of their journey, from acquisition to retention.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in email marketing and CRM management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in lifecycle and email marketing, showing a history of increasing responsibility and scale.
- At least 3 years of technical experience managing HubSpot, specifically with Salesforce integrations, complex workflows, and data hygiene.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to craft engaging copy for various stages of the customer journey.
- Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your colleagues.
- Proficiency in English.
- A track record of using data to test, measure, and improve email performance metrics like open and click-through rates.
Bonus points if you have experience with Excel, HTML or Javascript for web development, visual design, or hold relevant HubSpot certifications.
