Role at a glance
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join us as a contractor. This is a junior-level position based on-site in the United States. You will play a key role in our growth strategy, working alongside our product and marketing teams to shape how we engage members and drive new business.
Your impact
- You will design and execute customer journeys that boost member acquisition, encourage cross-selling, and deepen overall engagement.
- You will partner with our content team to plan and schedule high-impact campaigns across email and various digital channels.
- You will track campaign performance using Google Analytics to provide actionable insights that help us refine our strategy.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who is highly organized and comfortable managing the full B2B customer lifecycle. You should be a clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment. Specifically, we are looking for the following:
- Proficiency with essential marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Storyblok, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to keep complex campaigns on track.
- A solid grasp of marketing operations and SEO principles.
- Fluency in English.
