Responsibilities

• Lead the Lifecycle Marketing team across email, SMS, and push channels.
• Shape communication strategies, creative assets, and measurement frameworks that guide members through every stage of the lifecycle.
• Map the customer journey, spot growth opportunities, and turn insights into targeted campaigns.
• Own campaigns from concept through execution: design experiments, set strategy, and drive delivery.
• Explore and pilot new channels to reach existing customers more effectively.
• Run interviews, surveys, and research projects that feed directly into marketing plans.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to quantify impact and identify ways to scale results.
• Track competitive products, trends, and technologies, then share findings across teams.

Must-haves

• 3+ years of hands-on lifecycle, retention, or customer marketing experience.
• Multiple years managing direct reports in a lifecycle, CRM, or growth-marketing setting.
• Proficiency with lifecycle platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Customer.io.
• Strong command of event and customer data for segmentation, personalization, and analytics.
• Experience running A/B tests and collaborating within growth frameworks alongside Product and Analytics teams.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest growth-marketing tactics and frameworks.
• Prior work in e-commerce or financial-services marketing.
