About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a pivotal role where you will spearhead our customer lifecycle efforts, with an initial and primary focus on email marketing. You will be responsible for crafting messaging that educates our users, supports them through their onboarding journey, and drives engagement through our product-led growth strategy. You will work closely with our creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure our communications are relevant, impactful, and consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of multiple touchpoints across the customer journey by collaborating with cross-functional partners including product managers, engineers, and creatives.
- Design and execute automated email campaigns that encompass lead nurturing, onboarding, customer retention, and win-back strategies.
- Analyze engagement metrics to improve the performance of our communications and share actionable insights to keep our subscribers informed and excited.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in tech or digital marketing, particularly within a SaaS or eCommerce environment.
- At least 8 years of experience in tech or digital marketing, with 4 or more years specifically focused on email marketing, lifecycle communications, or marketing automation.
- Proven success in leading and executing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Technical proficiency with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, and experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with the ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong project management skills and a collaborative mindset for working across various departments.
