We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Lead to help us grow our impact and connect with patients, providers, and payers in a meaningful way.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, lead-level position focused on owning our lifecycle marketing strategy. You will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment from anywhere. We are looking for an expert communicator and strategist to manage our multi-channel engagement efforts and drive our mission forward.
Your impact
- Design and execute comprehensive lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging to engage our diverse audiences.
- Own the experimentation roadmap, using data analysis and A/B testing to continuously optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Craft compelling narratives and copy that reflect our brand voice while ensuring all communications remain compliant with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of professional experience in lifecycle and email marketing.
- Expertise in building end-to-end campaigns using modern MarTech tools like Iterable.
- A strong background in data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a passion for mental health and a member-first mindset.
- A strategic, innovative approach to problem-solving and a desire to test, learn, and iterate.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $108,000 to $135,000 per year. We support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package designed to enrich both your career and your personal life:
