About the Role
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will own the communication strategy for our users across the entire funnel. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers in the competitive home design space. This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand experience and influence our growth during an exciting launch phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis to drive engagement and conversions.
- Own the strategy and execution of onsite marketing initiatives, such as personalized website experiences, banners, and pop-ups, while collaborating with web development teams.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to build and optimize customer journeys, workflows, and triggers, ensuring a cohesive and relevant experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, specifically within the B2C sector, with preference given to those with an ecommerce or technology background.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation tools like Klaviyo, Braze, or Hubspot.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position is available anywhere and utilizes a hybrid work model.
