What you'll be doing
- You will design and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app messaging to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- You will create personalized content and manage automated workflows, ensuring that every touchpoint is consistent and aligned with our brand standards.
- You will analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in our lifecycle strategies.
What you'll bring
- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- You possess 2 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, with a specific focus on lifecycle management and copywriting.
- You are proficient in using marketing automation platforms, with HubSpot being a major plus.
- You have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- You are familiar with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- You have a background working in high-growth startup or tech environments.
- You are a clear communicator who can manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
- You are fluent in English.
