You will play a vital role in shaping how our customers experience our brand by designing and executing strategies that keep them engaged over the long term. What you'll be doing

You will design and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app messaging to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
You will create personalized content and manage automated workflows, ensuring that every touchpoint is consistent and aligned with our brand standards.
You will analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in our lifecycle strategies.

What you'll bring

You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
You possess 2 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, with a specific focus on lifecycle management and copywriting.
You are proficient in using marketing automation platforms, with HubSpot being a major plus.
You have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable interpreting data to make informed decisions.
You are familiar with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
You have a background working in high-growth startup or tech environments.
You are a clear communicator who can manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
You are fluent in English.
