The role
We are hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Associate to join us full-time at the mid-level on an on-site basis in the United States. In this position you will own the day-to-day execution of our email and SMS programs, using data and testing to deepen customer relationships and drive measurable revenue.
Core responsibilities
- Build, schedule, and continually refine automated email and SMS flows that deliver the right message at the right moment.
- Run complete campaign cycles-from brief through deployment and post-send analysis-while keeping creative aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design and interpret A/B tests, translate results into clear next steps, and maintain clean performance reporting that informs broader marketing decisions.
Skills and experience
You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and bring hands-on experience running drip campaigns across both email and SMS. You are comfortable working inside Klaviyo, possess basic to intermediate HTML skills for quick template fixes, and approach every send with a sharp analytical eye and meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills help you collaborate smoothly with creative, site, and brand partners while staying current on deliverability rules and anti-spam requirements.
Compensation and benefits
The annual base salary range for this role is 80-90K. In addition we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, equity compensation, flexible hours, and paid time off so you can do your best work and enjoy a healthy life outside of it.
