Role at a glance
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in the United States. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing collaborative office time with the flexibility to manage your own schedule.
Your impact
- Design, launch, and refine lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels to boost customer engagement, retention, and total revenue.
- Take ownership of our customer database by maintaining list health, implementing precise audience segmentation, and establishing effective suppression rules to minimize churn.
- Create and manage comprehensive marketing dashboards, ensuring data integrity through regular audits and providing actionable insights to leadership.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of analytical rigor and creative execution. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related analytical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an in-house ecommerce role, specifically focused on lifecycle marketing and retention strategy.
- Over 2 years of hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or Heap.
- A proven track record of managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks based on their potential impact.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations for cross-functional partners.
- Fluency in English.
