What is this role?
We are looking for a mid-level Level Designer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere in the world as long as you have a reliable internet connection. You will be a hands-on contributor, helping us shape the design and development of our upcoming game.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of the creation and delivery of a high-quality, AAA game world experience.
- Design, develop, and polish game levels, which includes managing level layouts, enemy encounters, puzzles, and unique gameplay elements.
- Collaborate closely with our creative teams to ensure our world-building efforts are balanced, entertaining, and feature cutting-edge design.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of hands-on experience in the entertainment industry as a level or content designer. We are looking for someone who has shipped at least one game using the Unreal 4 Editor and possesses a deep understanding of how to build engaging encounter experiences from start to finish. You should be fluent in English and have a genuine passion for games. It is a bonus if you have experience with:
- RPG and online multiplayer game development.
- Procedurally generated level systems.
- Multiplayer co-op encounter design.
- Scripting languages such as Python, Lua, or Blueprint.
- Working effectively within a distributed team across various time zones.
