We are looking for a Leader, Product Marketing to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Hightouch, we are on a mission to help everyone take action on their data. We pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform, which allows companies to use their existing data warehouses to activate customer information for marketing and business operations without needing to write code. Our platform is trusted by industry leaders like Spotify, the NBA, and Plaid, and we are backed by prominent investors such as ICONIQ Growth and Y-Combinator. Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the product positioning and messaging for our entire Composable CDP platform and its individual product lines.
- Lead the planning and execution of themes and campaign tactics across our marketing calendar to ensure we are effectively reaching our audience.
- Collaborate closely with our product, sales, and growth teams to oversee competitive intelligence, analyst relations, and sales enablement efforts.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in product marketing leadership, specifically focused on bringing technical products to market.
- A proven track record of building and motivating high-performing marketing teams in competitive environments.
- Strong expertise in translating complex technical product categories into clear, impactful market positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a specific talent for copywriting and a data-driven approach to measuring campaign success.
- A demonstrated ability to work effectively with ecosystem partners and manage community-focused marketing initiatives.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 USD per year. As a remote-first company, we offer the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining a high-impact, collaborative environment.
